JAM About this demo
Ironbark is invented. The agent is not.
Everything it did for you here, it did for real. It turned a sentence or a drawing into a take-off, built the package through the same estimator this page uses, checked stock and lead times against your programme, and created a lead for the sales team only when you tapped.
What you saw
An agent with fifteen tools over a supplier's account, brief, estimator, catalogue, stock and CRM systems. The conversation runs on OpenAI's gpt-oss-120b on Amazon Bedrock; reading your drawing runs on Claude, because the OpenAI models on Bedrock take text only. This session it has made no tool calls for you so far.
What kept it honest
Every quantity, price, stock figure and risk rating came from the estimator and the catalogue, not from the model. Reserving stock and sending the quote waited for your tap. The disclaimer is on the plan because the engineer still signs it, not the agent.
What it does for the supplier
Better-qualified opportunities with the brief attached, a bigger basket because the accessories are in it, fewer hours of estimator time on early enquiries, and a sales call that starts at the quote review instead of the questionnaire.
