The Wharfside Hotel
A heritage pub refit where the ceiling had to bring the room's reverberation down without hiding the trusses.
Riverbank Quarter, Stage 2
Twenty-four attached dwellings on a tight inner-suburban site, with a tested separating wall system the certifier accepted first time.
Ellerslie Primary rebuild
The first project supplied out of the Penrose plant after it opened, with ply pressed 12 km from site.
Coorong House
A BAL-29 site where the architect wanted timber. Bushfire-resisting species did it without a coating.
Yarra Bend boardwalk
1.2 km of public boardwalk through a flood-prone reserve, specified in composite so the council stopped re-oiling it.
